Does Scrooser have an age limit to ride?

According to Czech law, there is no age limit for riding SCROOSER. We recommend riding Scrooser from the age of 15+, in exceptional cases (age 12,13,14) must be youth accompanied by a parent and must have good riding skills and already some experience with riding a bicycle, etc. We recommend min. height 150cm to easily reach handlebars. We have also available another kind of Escooter, which is lighter and easier to control. Please inform us in advance:)

Is possible to book more SCROOSERS than 8?

Good news! We have more Scroosers and other kinds E-Scooters, just contact us on email info@scroosertour.com in advance:)

What is a refund policy?

If you cannot arrive on your tour, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you move your tour to a different time or day. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance we will give you a full refund back. More specific cases can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Our place is in the center of Lesser town, on the side of the river where you find Prague Castle as well, a few meters from the famous Charles Bridge. Our office is a bit is hidden in a small cozy street – Saská.

What if I need to change the time or date of the tour?

No problem! Just let us know and we will do our best to reschedule your tour.

Can I store my luggage in the office?

Of course, no problem! Our office is very safe and we will happy to store your stuff before you check-in or after you check out from the hotel.

What to do in case of bad weather?

For little rain, we will provide you with one-use raincoats for free. In the case of really bad weather, we will contact you to find a common solution (reschedule or refund). By the way- Scrooser is water-resistant.

Is possible to rent SCROOSER without a guide?

Our company does not provide this kind of service. We are focused to offer you a legal, faster, and easy way how to meet Prague with the benefit of a guide.

Is Scrooser easy to ride?

Thanks, Scrooser’s self-balanced system is the scooter extremely stable itself. Usually, it will take 5 minutes to get used to riding and turning. We recommend having experience from riding a bicycle.

Is Scrooser legal in Prague?

Scrooser is classified as an Ebike so we can ride on cycle paths, combined zones for bikes and pedestrians, and also on the roads on the right side in the line as a cyclist.

Is Scrooser easier to ride than Segway?

Differently, from Segway, you have the option to sit, and also it has the usual hi-end bike break. Thanks to Scrooser’s flat fat tires you can go easier across the cobblestone streets of Prague. The scooter will keep you balanced and let you enjoy your surroundings while the scooter keeps the steering in a straight direction.

Does Scrooser have a weight limit to ride?

The weight limit of SCROOSER is 130kg

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Safety is in our first place and we 100% recommend wearing a helmet which will be provided to you in our office. Don’t worry, we have more sizes and we use special disinfection for this purpose.

Do I have to wear special clothes?

We recommend comfortable shoes, In the summertime, it is good to have sunglasses, in winter we will provide gloves.

What should I bring to the meeting point?

May I give a Scrooser Tour experience as a gift?

Of course! You can buy a gift voucher online. If you have some special wishes please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer Segway too?

We do not, Segways were banned by Prague in most of the city center at the end of 2016.

Do you offer private tours?

We do not offer this service online, but if you are interested, please contact us with your request at info@scroosertour.com and we will send you the options and price offer.
